Wow!  I don't think I have ever seen four newbies in one day before. 

I just wanted to welcome all four of you, and quite frankly because of the speed of my computer, figured it would be quicker to post one welcome to all four of you.

These folks on OFF are the nicest folks around. 

I am one of the few guys that posts on this forum.  I work overnight, so my posts are normally 2 or 3 AM. 

Hang around.  Post often.  Read daily.  You'll like it here.

I guess I will jump on the band wagon too and welcome all of you newcomers.  We were all "newcomers" at one time but I have found that this is the best forum to be on as every one is so helpful, loving and kind.  This is my ONLY support group and read faithfully although I do not post that often.  I am a 66 year old gal that has now lost 75+ pounds since November 08 and feel fantastic.  What a wonderful journey it's been so far and I look forward to the lat 34+ pounds "sliding" off.

Well, you can just call me a tag-a-long too!  Welcome Newbies!!!  I don't get a chance to post nearly as often as I'd like too.  Heck, I'd like to spend my entire day here with my OFF family, but I don't think my supervisor would like it.
